Right of withdrawal

You have the right to cancel the contract with us or another seller within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The revocation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the last goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you can – regardless of whether it is a chalet interior item or an item from another seller – contact us (Paulina Gloss Chalet Interior Designer / Via Grevas 33, St.Moritz 7500 Suisse. Email info@chalet-interior.ch ) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. e-mail). You can use the attached sample withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.

If you make use of this option, we will immediately send you a confirmation of receipt of such a revocation (e.g. by e-mail).

To comply with the revocation period, it is sufficient for you to send the notification of the exercise of the right of revocation before the expiry of the revocation period.

Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from the contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from the contract. The same means of payment that you used for the original transaction will be used for this repayment, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this repayment.

You must return the goods to the returns address of the respective seller immediately and in any case within fourteen days at the latest from the day on which you informed us of your withdrawal from the contract, unless it has been offered that the goods in question will be collected from you. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired. Details and instructions for a quick and uncomplicated return of the goods can be found under registered customer account. Here you can retrieve your return label for many items and, in the case of forwarding shipments, view the contact details of the forwarding agent.

The respective seller bears the costs for returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. If you have requested that services for which the payment of a price is intended should commence before the expiry of the withdrawal period, you must pay a reasonable amount corresponding to the proportion of the services already provided up to the time of withdrawal compared to the total scope of the services provided for in the contract.
